Although most of us have gym memberships, how often do you actually use it? This money can be going to waste if you don't frequent the gym as often you should. Adults are advised to get at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. Here are a few ways to motivate yourself to get moving:

1. Buy new, comfortable workout clothes. If you're tired of wearing the same sweatshirt and hopping off of the stair stepper looking a complete mess, treat yourself to more comfortable, breathable clothing.

2. Find a new pair of shoes. If exercising is uncomfortable, you're not going to want to do it. A new pair of sneakers is the perfect way to motivate you to get moving at the gym.

3. Bring a gym buddy. Everything is much more fun when you can do it with a friend, and there's no better way to hit the gym than with your BFF. You can also give each other the motivation you need to sweat it out.
