Oftentimes, we get into a routine that can become detrimental to our health. As typical as it may be for you to work 10 hours and then hit the gym, have you ever thought about the effect it has on your physical and mental health?

Some of us prefer to think we're born to handle the tough stuff in life, but it's perfectly understandable to take a breather once and awhile. Incorporating a few stress relievers into your daily routine can do wonders for your overall well-being.

First, try to do something you love at least once every day. Whether it's watching a favorite movie or curling up with a good book, unwinding on a regular basis can help maintain your stress levels.
