Starting a new workout routine

Start a new workout routine.
Start a new workout routine.
There are lots of reasons to get in shape - for your health, your vanity and your happiness. Not only will you feel better, you'll look better, too! You'll have more energy, be more alert and fit better in your bikini - and you could even add years to your life. It's never too late to start a workout routine, so if you're ready to get back in shape, this is the best time to get started.

Just like most things in life, the hardest part of beginning a new workout routine is getting started. It's tough to motivate yourself to get going, and when you go for that first run or try lifting those weights for the first time, it's going to be hard - so hard, that you might just feel like giving up. But resist! The more you keep at it, the better you'll get. Soon, runs that felt impossible on your first day will become your warm-up, and you'll be going longer than you ever thought you could.

Best of all, the better you get at working out, the more you'll want to do it. If you can slog through those first few days or weeks, soon, you'll be excited to lace up your running shoes or whip out your gym pass.

For more advice, contact a psychic. Our psychics can use their gifts to motivate you by helping you see how staying in shape will change your life for the better.
