Is work killing you?

Nobody said having a fulltime job was easy, but sometimes we get so wrapped up in our budding careers that our physical health suffers. If you're currently one of the millions of Americans who are working themselves to the bone, it may be time to take a step back and decide if it's worth it.

First, make sure you have a complete physical in order to address any pressing issues. Your doctor will be able to assess your blood pressure and order an EKG to make sure all is copasetic with your health.

If everything seems A-OK, you still may want to do everything you can to relax when not keeping your nose to the grindstone. Hit the gym a few times a week in order to decompress while watching mindless TV. Go out for a round of drinks with good friends and let the time breeze by.
