Using our Service:

•  How does your service work?

As a new customer, you can create a new account with us online or by calling our Customer Care department at 877-4-Medium (877-463-3486). With this account, you'll be able to purchase minutes to speak with one of our highly talented Psychics.

We do require that you be 18 years of age or older and have a major credit, debit, or gift card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).

•  Do I have to use all of my minutes when I get my reading?

Not at all. Our readings generally take about 15 minutes, but you decide on the length of your reading. You can use as few or as many minutes as you like up to the amount that you have purchased.

•  What if I don't use all of my minutes?

You can use your minutes whenever you like. If your account is inactive for one year, any remaining minutes will expire.

•  Do you offer free minutes to try your service?

We do not offer free minutes. We do however offer very low introductory rates for first time callers to acquaint you with our services. We are so confident in our Psychics, that we offer our first time customers a money back guarantee so that you may try our services risk free.

•  What if I don't like my reading?

We ask our customers to hang up within the first 3 minutes and call our Customer Care representatives if they have not established a connection with the Psychic. We will then credit you up to 3 minutes so that you can try another psychic. First time callers are eligible for a full refund if they are completely unsatisfied with the service.

•  What if I have a bad telephone connection?

Hang up as soon as possible and call us on our toll free number. We will credit you up to 3 minutes back.

•  Am I using minutes when I go through your phone system's automated menu options?

No - you are not using any minutes when going through our automated system. You only pay for the actual time you are on the line with a Psychic.

•  How experienced are your Psychics?

Our Psychics are highly skilled and experienced individuals who have all gone through a rigorous and detailed screening process to ensure they possess the skills and "gifts" needed to give you the highest quality readings available.

•  How does a reading work? What am I supposed to do?

We suggest that you review our "What to Expect in a Reading" article. This document will provide you with an overview of how to select a psychic, what typically occurs during a reading, and how you can prepare for your reading to get the most enjoyment out of it.

•  What do I do if the Psychic I want to speak with is not available?

We suggest that you check the Psychic's Bio page. On this page you will find a general availability schedule of when the Psychic is likely to log on. Timeframes are in Pacific Standard Time.

•  When are your Psychics available?

Our psychic services are available 24 hours a day. Each of our Psychics has indicated their general availability on their Bio page. Please visit 'Our Psychics' page to see who is online. While they may not be available from time to time as indicated, that's because they are resting and want to ensure that you receive the best quality reading they can provide.

•  How accurate are your Psychics?

We believe our Psychics are very accurate. However, we do not assign any accuracy rates to our Psychics and we would question any service that does.

•  Can you suggest a psychic for me?

Sure, all of our Customer Care Representatives are very familiar with the styles and skills of each of our Psychics. They would be happy to recommend a Psychic to you. You can also review each Psychic's full bio on our website for further information.

Privacy of our Service:

•  Who sees my account information?

Our customer account information is strictly confidential and shared only with the account holder.

•  Do you share any information with your Psychics?

We view all customer information as confidential. We do not share any customer information with our Psychics. All communication between you and the Psychic is strictly between you.

•  Do you sell my account information?

No. We do not sell or share any of our customer information.

•  Is my call with the Psychic monitored?

No. The communication between you and your Psychic is strictly between the both of you. Your call is not monitored or recorded.

Purchases, Billing, & Pricing:

•  Do I have to call a Customer Care Representative if I want to make a purchase?

You can also create an account and purchase minutes online through our website 24 hours a day.

•  Can you charge my purchase to my phone bill?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. Unfortunately, we are not able to charge any purchases to your phone bill.

•  Do you accept checks?

We can only accept certified checks and money orders that are mailed to us. Please contact our Customer Care department for more details.

•  Can I buy just a few minutes?

We believe it is very important to dedicate enough time to allow for a good quality reading. Therefore, we have structured our pre-paid packages in increments of 10, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

General Questions:

•  I live outside of the United States . Can I still use your service?

Our toll free number 877-4-Medium (877-463-3486) can accept calls within the U.S and Canada .

UK customers can call our toll free number 866-735-6305.

If you are calling from outside the U.S. or Canada, you may incur additional toll charges from your local telephone provider.

•  Do you have an online chat option?

You can communicate with our Customer Care Representatives using our online chat link. We do not currently offer chat services with our Psychics.

•  When I call 877-4-Medium am I speaking directly with a Psychic?

If you're an existing customer, you can speak directly with a Psychic by selecting option #1 and entering your account number.

As a new customer, you are connecting with one of our Customer Care Representatives who would be happy to assist you in creating an account so that you can speak with a psychic.

•  Do I have to use the phone number I gave you to place the call?

No. You can call from any telephone whenever you like. Your call to our Psychics is toll free. We do suggest that you find a quiet place so that you can concentrate on the information that is being shared. We also suggest that you not use a cell phone so that your connection is not interrupted.

•  Have you provided readings to any famous people?

Our client base and the readings our Psychics provide to our clients are completely confidential and cannot be revealed. All we can say is that our Psychics provide readings for many people from all walks of life including actors and musicians.

•  How can I contact you?
