How do I set up an account and get a psychic reading?
As a new customer, you can create a Hollywood Psychics account with us here on our website or by calling
1.866.866.5949
and pressing Zero to speak with a Customer Care representative. You will always know what you're spending at Hollywood
Psychics because you pre-pay for access to our service.
We do require that you are 18 years of age or older and have a major credit, debit,
or gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). You also can pay
with Western Union, Money Gram or a Money Order. We do not accept checks. Contact
our Customer Care department for any questions.After you've set up your account, you are set to get a psychic reading.
Money Orders:
Purchase a money order in the dollar amount you’d like to add to your Hollywood
Psychics account, remember the minimum amount is $10.00.

Please include your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Allow 2 weeks
for us to receive your payment and call our Customer Care department for your account
information. We also offer the option to wire money through Western Union or Money
Gram.

- Obtain a "blue" Quick Collect Form.
- Complete the form with:

The total amount should be the amount of dollars you want to add to your Hollywood
Psychics account, plus the $11.95 wiring fee Western Union charges. Example: I want
to add $30.00 to my Hollywood Psychics Account: $30.00 + $11.95 = $41.95.

Visit a location that offers Money Gram. For a Money Gram location near you, visit

To complete your transaction, complete the form with:

The total amount for the Money Gram is the amount of dollars you want to add to
your account, plus the $12.50 Money Gram wiring fee.
Example: I want to place $30.00 into my Hollywood Psychics Account: $30.00 + $12.50
= $42.50.

Do I have to use all of my dollars when I get my reading?
Not at all. You decide on the length of your reading, so talk for as few or as many
minutes as you like, up to the total amount of dollars on your account.
How do I know how long I can talk?
We do the math for you! Our phone service will let you know prior to connecting
with your chosen Psychic how much time you have available for your reading. This
is based on the Psychic Advisor’s rate per minute and the total dollars (including
your Bonus Dollars) available on your account.
What if I don't use all of my dollars on my account?
The dollars you add to your account do not expire, so you can use them whenever
you like!
What are Bonus Dollars?
Bonus Dollars increase your account balance and are used to extend your readings.
Look for opportunities to earn Bonus Dollars during promotions and special email
offers. If you are not receiving email from us now, contact our Customer Care Department
to update your account.
How do I use Bonus Dollars?
Bonus Dollars are used to extend your reading automatically. Once your paid account
balance reaches $0, your Bonus Dollars kick in to extend your reading. Any unused
Bonus Dollars will expire after 48 months if you haven’t used your Hollywood Psychics
account.
How do I use Offer Codes?
Using Offer Codes for your HollywoodPsychics.com purchases is easy. An Offer Code
has four or five digits and is used to apply exclusive offers or other special rates
to your purchase.
Simply enter an Offer Code when asked and follow the instructions to process your
order. You must use a valid credit card, which will be charged the total amount
of dollars you want to place on account. All amounts shown on HollywoodPsychics.com
are the final price inclusive of the special offer from the applied Offer Code.
What if I don't like my reading?
We're committed to your satisfaction and stand behind our mission: to provide you
with the highest quality
psychic readings at affordable rates! We are confident
in the quality of our services and expect that you will have a positive experience.
If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will provide you with a refund.
See our below policy for details.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchased last psychic reading, we will refund
your money or give you the time back to try us again. To request a refund or credit,
please contact our Customer Care department within one (1) business day of your
last reading.
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of psychic readings due to the long-term nature
of some content, and the role that each individual plays in fulfilling her or his
own destiny.
- Hollywood Psychics reserves the right to refuse any credit or refund request.
What if I have a bad telephone connection?
Hang up as soon as possible and call us on our toll free number. We will credit
you up to 3 minutes back.
Am I using my dollars when I go through your phone system's automated menu options?
No - you are not using any of your dollars when going through our automated system.
You only pay for the actual time you are on the line with a Psychic.
How does your referral program work?
Would your best friends love a reading? Refer them to Hollywood Psychics and receive
$10 in Bonus Dollars! For each friend that becomes a member and makes an approved
purchase, we’ll add Bonus Dollars to your account. There’s no limit, so tell everyone
you know!
How do I get a Free Email Reading?
To get started, go to our
Free Email Readings page. Fill out the form with your name, email address,
birthday and specific question. The more detailed your question, the more accurate
a response you’ll receive. Hollywood Psychics will then send you an email, asking
you to confirm your email address. Please reply to that message to let us know your
email is valid. Once we get that confirmation, one of our gifted Psychics will answer
your question within 48 hours.

What are the Psychic Advisors’ rates per minute?
Our Psychics' rates are $1.79 per minute, anytime, any Psychic. Our Psychics are
an exceptional group of Psychic Advisors, many with high customer demand. We screen
all of our Psychics to ensure their ability to provide authentic, caring readings
at an affordable price, the most competitive in the industry.
What are the benefits?
By providing such affordable rates you have the option to extend your reading length
and try different Psychic Advisors.
How experienced are your Psychics?
Our Psychics are highly skilled and experienced individuals who have all gone through
a rigorous and detailed screening process to ensure they possess the skills and
gifts needed to give you the highest quality readings available.
How does a reading work? What am I supposed to do?
We suggest that you review our
"What to Expect
in a Reading" article. This document will provide you with an overview of
how to select a psychic, what typically occurs during a reading, and how you can
prepare for your reading to get the most enjoyment out of it.
What do I do if the Psychic I want to speak with is not available?
We suggest that you check the Hollywood Psychics’ Bio page. On this page you will
find a general availability schedule of when the Psychic is likely to log on. All
times shown are in Eastern Standard Time. You may also schedule an appointment with
most Psychic Advisors.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Here's how it works:
- To set up an appointment email appointments@hollywoodpsychics.com.
- When scheduling, you must have enough dollars in your account to equal the length
of your appointment. Appointments can be in 15, 30, 60, or 90 minute blocks. There
may be minimum appointment lengths for some Psychics.
- Appointments are made during the Psychic Advisor’s schedule. You can see the Psychic
Advisor’s schedule on her/his individual bio page. Visit our full listing of Psychics,
find your Psychic and click on View Schedule. Please note, while we do our best
to keep this information up to date, schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- Not all Psychic Advisors are available for appointment, so please email or call
to check availability.
When are your Psychics available?
Our psychic services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Each of our
Psychics has indicated their general availability on their Bio page. Please visit
the
Psychics Available listing on our
homepage to see who is on the service.
Can you suggest a Psychic for me?
All of our Customer Care Representatives are very familiar with the styles and skills
of each of our Psychics. They would be happy to recommend a Psychic to you. You
can also review each Psychic's full bio on our website for further information.
When you are on the phone service, you can listen to greetings from each of our
Psychics, too.
How do I leave Feedback for a Psychic Advisor?
Feedback about our Psychics comes directly from you, our Hollywood Pyschics customers!
After each reading, you can rate and provide feedback about a Psychic Advisor. Simply
login to your Hollywood Psychics web account and under the personal information,
click on Rate my Readings. You can rate and provide feedback about readings that
have occurred in the last 90 days.
Who else will be able to view or read my comments about a reading with a Psychic?
Your comments and star rating about a reading with a Psychic will be visible their
individual bio page under Testimonials. Only your first name, city, state and date
will be posted with your feedback.
What do the stars next to each Psychic's name represent?
The stars next to each Psychic’s name represent the ratings from customers. After
each reading, customers are encouraged to rate their experience with the Psychic
Advisor on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 is a low rating, 5 is a high rating. Your responses
can help you and others make new connections.
Are all star ratings and comments posted, even if they are negative?
Yes, we post both positive and negative feedback. We do review all feedback and
star ratings to make sure they are informative and do not contain inappropriate
language. The feedback must not reference another Psychic or contain another person’s
name or personal information. Readings must be at least 2 minutes in duration for
feedback to be posted. Typically feedback and star ratings are updated in a timely
manner.
How long can my feedback about a Psychic reading be in length?
Your feedback can be a maximum of 200 characters.

Our customer account information is strictly confidential and shared only with the
account holder. We do not share any of our customers’ personal information with
our Psychics.
Do you sell my account information?

Do I have to call a Customer Care Representative if I want to make a purchase?
No, you can add dollars to your account through our phone service at any time using
our automated purchase system or purchase online.
- Purchase through the phone. No need to hang up if your dollars
run out. You can extend your reading when your account balance reaches zero and
still stay connected. You can also purchase directly through the phone at any time.
Choose one of the pre-set dollar amounts ($25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 and $125.00)
and your credit card will be charged.
- Purchase Online. Add dollars to your account, securely and easily
here on our website. Choose a preset amount or
add any dollar amount to your account.
What happens after I've made my first purchase?
Online Purchases:
- When you add dollars to your account online, we provide you with a toll-free number
to access the service and a membership number (your telephone number and a 4 digit
PIN that we assign). This access information is provided on your order confirmation
page on this website and through an order confirmation email that is sent shortly
after you complete your online purchase.
Purchasing through the Customer Care Department:
- When you add dollars to your account through our Customer Care Department, we’ll
give you the above information over the phone, so be sure to have a pen and pad
to write down your membership number and PIN. You’ll then be able to access our
service.
If you have any questions, please call or reach our Customer Care Department 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. If your Internet Service Provider uses a spam blocker,
be sure to add feedback@hollywoodpsychics.com to your friends list or "whitelist"
to ensure you receive the e-mail order confirmation. Learn more about spam blocking.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
It is possible that the "spam blocker" being used by your Internet Service Provider
(or one that you may have installed on your computer) is not set up to receive email
from HollywoodPsychics.com. To prevent email from being blocked in the future, we
recommend that you add orders@hollywoodpsychics.com to the friends list in your
spam blocker. If you’ve opted to receive email communication from us, you can add
hollywoodpsychics@hollywoodpsychics.com to your friends list to be sure you receive

Can you charge my purchase to my phone bill?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Western Union, Money Gram and money
orders, but we do not charge any purchases to your phone bill.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still use your
service?
Yes. Go to our International Callers page if you
live outside the US.
When I call 1-877-4-Medium am I speaking directly with a Psychic?
If you're an existing customer, you can speak directly with a Psychic by dialing
1-877-4MEDIUM and following the phone prompts. As a new customer, you first need
to connect with one of our Customer Care Representatives who would be happy to assist
you in creating an account so that you can speak with a psychic.
Do I have to use the phone number I gave you to place
the call?
No. You can call from any telephone whenever you like. We do suggest that you find
a quiet place so that you can concentrate on the information that is being shared.
We also suggest that you not use a cell phone so that your connection is not interrupted.
