Q: How do I buy a psychic reading?
A: As a new customer, you can create a Hollywood Psychics account here on our website or call 1.866.866.5949 and press Zero to speak with a Customer Service representative. You will always know what you're spending at Hollywood Psychics because you pre-pay for access to our service.
You must be 18 years of age or older and have a major credit, debit, or gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) to create an account. You also can pay with Western Union, or a Money Order. We do not accept checks. Contact our Customer Service department at 1.866.866.5949 with any questions.
Purchase a money order in the dollar amount you’d like to add to your Hollywood Psychics account; remember the minimum amount is $10.00.

Please include your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Allow 2 weeks for us to receive your payment and call our Customer Service department at 1.866.866.5949 for your account information. We also offer the option to wire money through Western Union.

Call our Customer Service Department at 1.866.866.5949 after receiving the Money Transfer Control number and provide it to us for verification.
Q: How does a reading work? What am I supposed to do?
A: We suggest that you review our About Psychic Readings article. You’ll get an overview of how to select a Psychic, what typically occurs during a reading, and how you can prepare for your reading to get the most out of it.
Q: Do I have to use all of the time on my account when I get my reading?
A: Not at all. You decide on the length of your reading, so talk for as few or as many minutes as you like, up to the total amount of time on your account.
Q: How do I know how long I can talk?
A: Our phone service will let you know prior to connecting with your chosen Psychic how much time you have available for your reading.
Q: What if I don't use all of my time on my account?
A: The time you add to your account does not expire, so you can use it whenever you like!
Q: What is the minimum amount of time I need to connect with a psychic?
A: You must have a minimum of one minute on your account in order to speak or chat with a psychic. You can use our automated purchasing system to add time to your account without disconnecting from the reading.
Q: What are Bonus Minutes?
A: Bonus Minutes increase the time you have available for readings and are used to extend your readings. Look for opportunities to earn Bonus Minutes during promotions and special email offers. If you are not receiving email from us now, contact our Customer Service Department to update your account.
Q: How do I use Bonus Minutes?
A: Bonus Minutes are used to extend your reading automatically. Once your time balance reaches 0, your Bonus Minutes kick in to extend your reading. Any unused Bonus Minutes will expire after 48 months if you haven’t used your Hollywood Psychics account.
Q: How do I use Promo Codes?
A: A Promo Code is used to apply exclusive promotions or other special rates to your purchase.
Simply enter a Promo Code when asked and follow the instructions to process your order. You must use a valid credit card, which will be charged the total dollar amount for the time you want to add to your account in conjunction with the promotion. The amount you’ll see on your account will be the final time amount, including the special promotion from the applied Promo Code.
Q: What if I don’t like my reading?
A: We are committed to your satisfaction and to providing you with the highest quality psychic readings at affordable rates. We are confident in the quality of our services and expect that you will have a positive experience. If at any time you decide that the call is not going as you had expected or you don't feel a connection with your Psychic, you can simply press the star (*) key to end the conversation. The Psychic will not know why the call has ended and you will save your valuable time and money. Plus, If you’re not satisfied with your experience, we will refund your money or give you the time back to try us again. To request a refund or credit, please contact our Customer Service department within one (1) business day of your last live reading at 1.866.866.5949.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of psychic readings due to the long-term nature of some content, and the role that each individual plays in fulfilling her or his own destiny. Hollywood Psychics reserves the right to refuse any credit or refund request.
Q: Am I using up my minutes when I go through your phone system's automated menu options?
A: No - you are not using any of your time when going through our automated system. You only pay for the actual minutes you are on the line with a Psychic.
Q. How do I become a Hollywood Psychics member?
A: To get started click on the tab to buy a psychic reading. We’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. You can also call our Customer Service representatives 24/7 at 1.866.866.5949.
Q. Do I need to set up a user name?
A: Yes, but not right away. Your user name is the way your comments, such as psychic ratings and reviews, will appear publicly on the site. You can update your account profile with a user name any time. Choose a user name that is not personally identifying (for your privacy, we require 8 characters, no more than 3 numbers and no special characters or your last name).

Q: What are the Hollywood Psychics' rates per minute?
A: We do not have different rates for different psychics. You decide how much you want to pay per minute when you buy time packages for your readings.
Q: How experienced are the Psychics?
A: Our Psychics are highly skilled and experienced individuals who have all gone through a rigorous and detailed screening process to ensure they possess the skills and gifts needed to give you the highest quality readings available.
Q: What if the Psychic I want to speak with is not available?
A: We suggest that you check the Our Psychics page for the Psychic you’d like to talk to, and click on that Psychic’s name to get a detailed bio and a general availability schedule of when the Psychic is likely to log on. All times shown are in Eastern Standard Time.
Q: When are your Psychics available?
A: Our psychic services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Each of our Psychics has indicated his or her general availability on their Bio page. Please check the Our Psychics page to see who is on the service at any given time.
Q: Can you suggest a Psychic for me?
A: You can use our filtering and compare functionality to narrow your choice of Psychics to those who best fit your needs. You can also review each Psychic's Bio page to read more. When you’re on the phone service, you can listen to greetings from each of our Psychics, too. Furthermore, all of our Customer Service Representatives are very familiar with the styles and skills of each of our Psychics and would be happy to recommend a Psychic to you. Q: How do I leave Feedback for a Psychic Advisor?
A: Feedback about our Psychics comes directly from you, our Hollywood Psychics members! After each reading, you can rate and provide feedback about the Psychic you talked to. Simply login to your Hollywood Psychics account and under My Account, Click on Review Readings. You can rate and provide feedback about readings that have occurred in the last 90 days.
Q: Who else will be able to view or read my comments about a reading with a Psychic?
A: Your comments and star rating about a reading with a Psychic will be visible on their individual Bio page. Only your user name, city, state and date will be posted with your feedback.
Q: What do the stars next to each Psychic's name represent?
A: The stars next to each Psychic's name represent the ratings from customers. After each reading, customers are encouraged to rate their experience with the Psychic Advisor on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 is a low rating, 5 is a high rating. Your responses can help you and others make new connections.
Q: Are all star ratings and comments posted, even if they are negative?
A: Yes, we post both positive and negative feedback. We do review all feedback and star ratings to make sure they are informative and do not contain inappropriate language. The feedback must not reference another Psychic or contain another person's name or personal information. Readings must be at least 3 minutes in duration for feedback to be posted. Typically feedback and star ratings are updated in a timely manner.
Q: How long can my feedback about a Psychic reading be in length?
A: Your feedback can be a maximum of 200 characters.

Q: Do I have to call a Customer Service Representative if I want to make a purchase?
A: No. As a member you can add time to your account through our phone service at any time using our automated purchase system at 1.866.866.5949, or you can make a purchase online.
- Purchase through the phone. No need to hang up if your time runs out. You can extend your reading when your account balance reaches zero and still stay connected. You can also purchase directly through the phone at any time. Choose one of the pre-set time packages and your credit card will be charged.
- Purchase Online. Add time to your account. Our time packages are structured so the more time you add, the more you save.
Q: What happens after I've made my first puchase?
- Online Purchases:
When you add time to your account online, we provide you with a toll-free number to access the service and a membership number (your telephone number and a 4-digit PIN that we assign). This access information is provided on your order confirmation page on this Web site and through an order confirmation email that is sent shortly after you complete your online purchase.
- Purchasing through the Customer Service Department:
When you add time to your account through our Customer Service Department, we’ll give you the above information over the phone, so be sure to have a pen and paper to write down your membership number and PIN. You’ll then be able to access our service.
If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1.866.866.5949. If your Internet Service Provider uses a spam blocker, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your friends list or "whitelist" to ensure you receive the email order confirmation.
Q: I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: It is possible that the "spam blocker" being used by your Internet Service Provider (or one that you may have installed on your computer) is not set up to receive email from HollywoodPsychics.com. To prevent email from being blocked in the future, we recommend that you add email@example.com to the friends list in your spam blocker. If you’ve opted to receive email communication from us, you can add firstname.lastname@example.org to your friends list to be sure you receive all special offers.
You can also get up-to-the-minute information about your account and recent purchases any time through our Customer Service Department. Our representatives would be happy to help you. Give them a call at 1.866.866.5949.
Q: Can you charge my purchase to my phone bill?
A: No, we are a pre-paid service and do not charge to your phone bill. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Western Union, and money orders.
Q: What happens if my time runs out during my reading?
A: When you’re in a reading, whether by phone or chat, and your time is about to run out, you will be offered an opportunity to extend your reading using our QuickBuy feature. By selecting one of the package options, your last credit card used will be charged and you will be returned to your reading momentarily. If you don’t want to add more funds, you reading will simply end when your time runs out.
Please note that while you can add time to your acct using the phone system or web at any time, newly added minutes cannot be used to extend the reading you are in, unless you add them via QuickBuy.

A: If you're an existing customer, you can speak directly with a Psychic by dialing 1.866.866.5949 and following the phone prompts. As a new customer, you first need to connect with one of our Customer Service Representatives who would be happy to assist you in creating an account so that you can speak with a psychic.
Q: Do I have to use the phone number I gave you to place the call for my reading?
A: No. You can call from any telephone whenever you like. We do suggest that you find a quiet place so that you can concentrate on the conversation. We also suggest that you not use a cell phone so that your connection is not interrupted.

Q: I don’t want to receive promotions via email. How do I unsubscribe?
