Our goal is to provide you with a high quality reading. We are confident our services are exceptional. If, however, you are not satisfied with your Hollywood Psychic experience, call our customer care team at 1-877-463-3486 or send us an email to refund@hollywoodpsychics.com.

First Reading
If you feel you have not made a bond with your Psychic consultant within the first three minutes, hang up and call us at 1-877-463-3486. We will provide you those minutes back at no charge and refer you to another psychic consultant.

If you do not wish to be referred to another psychic consultant, we will provide you with a full money back guarantee on your first reading.
